COA members assist in cooking class

The St. Charles Parish Council of Aging took time during their travel club trip to visit the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute in Thibodaux.
Ten seniors were in attendance and points of interest included: Chef John Folse Culinary Institute of Nicholls State University, Jean Lafitte National Parks & Preserve Cultural Center, Bubba’s II Restaurant, Debbie’s Antiques and the Demitasse Coffee House.
