Air Products donates $10,000 to United Way

Air Products presented United Way of St. Charles with a check for $10,000 to help cover costs associated with Hurricane Isaac recovery.
Local Site Supervisor Harold Allen and Community Outreach Coordinator Jobie Templet presented the check. Parish President V.J. St. Pierre, State Representative Greg Miller and UWSC Executive Director John Dias were also present.
"Air Products is an excellent example of a company who is actively making a difference in St. Charles Parish. Through their support of the United Way, we were able to provide food, ice, water and temporary housing to community residents in the aftermath of Hurricane Isaac," said John Dias, UWSC executive director.
United Way of St. Charles is a non-profit organization that raises funds to support local agencies and programs in the areas of education, income and health.
