Cecile Pruschen DeJean, 90, passed away on Monday, Nov. 12 at 3:45 a.m. in Jefferson.

Beloved wife of the late Dudley C. DeJean Sr., mother of Dudley DeJean Jr., William R. DeJean and the late Michael DeJean. Grandmother of Louis DeJean. Daughter of the late George and Grace Pruschen. Sister of the late Kathleen Kleinpeter. A native of New Orleans and a resident of Des Allemands.

Relatives and friends of the family were invited to attend the funeral. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Des Allemands on Wednesday, Nov. 14.

Interment followed in St. Gertrude Cemetery.
