Hahnville and Destrehan dominated the District 8-5A All-District teams in 2012.
Though District 8-5A consisted of Hahnville, Destrehan, Bonnabel, East St. John, John Ehret and Higgins, all 10 starters for the district-champion Lady Tigers landed on the first team.
Hahnville head coach Kenneth Vial was also named coach of the year after leading the Lady Tigers to a 10-0 mark in district.
Destrehan finished with four starters on the first team and five starters on the second team.
All-District players are selected by the league’s coaches.
