Captain Douglas and Monica Gautrau of Biloxi, Miss. are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Mila Glenn Gautrau.

Mila was born on Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, weighing 8 pounds, 4 ounces at 21 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Edd and Kathy Black of Bellville, Ohio. Maternal great-grandparents are Fred and Polly Baughman of Winter Haven, Florida. Paternal grandparents are W. Gerard and Laura Gautrau of St. Rose. Paternal great-grandmother is Teresa L. Kernion of Metairie.
