Since 1873 the St. Charles Herald-Guide and its predecessors have served as the primary source of local information for St. Charles Parish. To enhance our position in the community we added a website as a companion to our weekly print product at the turn of the century.  The newspaper's diversity, innovation and award winning coverage has been applauded by news organizations as well as our loyal readers.

The St. Charles Herald-Guide website has evolved welcoming over 18,500 unique visits per month. We recently completed the most extensive business listing index in the parish, which will bring more engaged customers in touch with local merchants.  A digital edition is now available and subscription information can be found at www.heraldguide.com .  Viewers can now enjoy breaking news in our parish, the most complete coverage of local events, school activities, people profiles and an active free classified section.  You can also follow us on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/heraldguide
