New child development program at United Way
As part of United Way of St. Charles’ Success By 6 program’s mission to ensure children are prepared for school by the time they enter 1st grade, United Way is providing a "Child Development Associate (CDA)" Training Program for area childcare center providers.
The program kicked off in October and consists of monthly training opportunities for teachers. The program administrator and trainer is Dr. Tamanika Odinga, Director of Early Intervention at St. Charles Parish Public Schools.
