ST. CHARLES PARISH - The St. Charles Parish Range will be open to the public for shooting rifles on October 15 and 22. The times will be from 8- 11 a.m. and noon-4 p.m. Weapons must be brought to the range unloaded, no one under 17 years old will be allowed to shoot without parental or guardian supervision, and proper ID is required.
