Tiger senior running back Mike Ford led the charge for the Hahnville offense in their 56-0 win over Istrouma, finishing with 57 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.
Rickey Jefferson
Destrehan - Positon WR
Destrehan junior Rickey Jefferson scored three touchdowns and had 178 yards in the Wildcats’ 45-22 win over St. James. Jefferson had two catches for 109 yards and one run for 69 yards.
Sergio Medina
Hahnville - Position LB
In Hahnville’s 56-0 shutout over Istrouma, junior linebacker Sergio Medina came through with a big sack and some punishing tackles to keep the Indians off the score board.
Marrick Charles
Destrehan - Position DL
Destrehan’s starting defense, led by senior Marrick Charles, kept St. James off the scoreboard in their win. Charles, who plugged up the middle and created havoc in the backfield, was a big reason why.
