Payton Elise Bourgeois smiles wide while she is crowned as this year’s Teen Queen.
Seventeen-year-old Hailee Weber of Destrehan was named Miss Queen, 15-year-old Payton Elise Bourgeois of Montz was named Teen Queen and 12-year-old Alexandra Margarita Workman of Kenner was named the Junior Queen. To learn more about the pageant, visit festivalofcharities.webs.com.
