Bourgeois

Kenneth Bourgeois Sr., 58, passed away on June 19, 2011 in an accident in Boutte.

He was the son of Stella Coleman and Norman Bourgeois Sr., former husband of Edna M. Bourgeois, father of Kenneth Bourgeois, Jr., and brother of Gail B. Dunmiles (husband Larry), Deborah, Sherlyn, Elvina, Norman Jr., Leslie (wife Gloria), Gerald, Warren, Brian, Aaron, Darryl and Kevin Bourgeois, Alfred Raymond (wife Joyce), De-moise Coleman, and the late Janet B. Sandolph, Diane B. Isaac and Michael Bourgeois. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was a native of Luling and resident of Paradis. Funeral services were held at St. Mary Baptist Church in Luling on June 27 with Pastor Renaud Dabney officiating. Interment followed at Mount Zion Baptist Church of Boutte Cemetery, Robottom Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
