Valence
Russell J. Valence Sr., 70, a native of Westwego and resident of Paradis, passed away on June 19, 2011.
He is survived by his sons, Barry Valence, Ronnie Valence, Timmy Valence, Russell John Valence Jr. and Jared Paul Valence; daughters, Michelle Valence, Angella Valence and Amy Valence Cambre; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Mozella Theriot Valence, and brother, Anthony Valence Jr.
Services were held on June 22 at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland with burial following at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Des Allemands.
