She was the beloved wife of Harold M. DiMaggio Sr. for the past 69 years, mother of Harold M. DiMaggio Jr. (Wife Carol) and Gregory DiMaggio,Sr. (Wife Vera), and sister of Eunice the late Estelle, Ethel, Etta, Esther, Wallace, Dan and JD. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was a native of Mississippi and a resident of Luling.

Relatives and friends of the family were invited to attend a Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Home in Harvey on May 12. Interment was private.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Luling Living Center and Ochsner Medical Center of Kenner. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
