Lady Cats drop finale to St. Amant

Destrehanís struggles in district play continued on Tuesday as they suffered a 13-4 loss to St. Amant.

Destrehan had come close to topping the Lady Gators on March 29, but came out on the losing end of a 13-12 offensive explosion.


With the defeat, the Lady Cats finished district play with an overall record of 10-17-1 and a district mark of 2-8.


Their only two district victories came against East St. John, whom the Lady Cats topped 10-0 and 12-2.
