Romeros celebrate 50th Anniversary

Alexandre and Wyonnia Romero celebrated their 50 anniversary on Aug. 12 at the Father McCallion Hall in Des Allemands. |
Their children hosted the reception. Their children and spouses are Betty and Bert Fox of Alabama, Debbie Romero of Luling, Alex and Aurora Romero of Bayou Gauche, Robert Romero of Raceland and Donald Romero of New Orleans. They have eight grandchildren. They were married Aug. 12 1956 at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Des Allemands. They have been residents of Raceland since 1981.
