She was the beloved wife of the late Donald E. Cowans Sr., mother of Gwen Cowans, Donald E. Cowans Jr., Wendy Cowans and Lance Cowans Sr.; and grandmother of Jourdyn and Lance Cowans Jr. and Shane Sedelmeier. She is also survived by two sisters and two brothers. She was preceded in death by one sister. Memorial services were held on Jan. 18 at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco.
