He was an oil field supervisor for most of his life. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Catherine “Cat” Duhe Phillips, two sons, Eddie Duhe (wife Sylvia) and Troy Duhe (wife Suzette), daughters: Dina LeBourgeois (husband Dreaux), Kim, Jodi and Micah; two sisters, Margie Massey and Nelwyn Millet, amd 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, R.B. Phillips and Mary Elizabeth Gray.

Funeral services were held on Jan. 9 at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco with Fr. Terry Becnel officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with his many medical bills.
