The United Way of St. Charles will hold a victory celebration Feb. 23 at 6:30p.m. at the Mule Barn, Destrehan Plantation, River Road in Destrehan. There will be dinner and awards. Please RSVP by Feb. 18 by calling 985-331-9063 or go to uwsc-pk@netcom.com.
