DARE to stop bullying
On Wednesday, Jan. 12, St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Department D.A.R.E. Officer Deputy Vicki Ballard Carter talked with kindergarten students at Allemands Elementary School about recognizing and preventing bullying. D.A.R.E. stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education and is a nationwide program.
