Troopmaster Junius Adams, pictured at far right, with Troop 371 Luling United Methodist Church, assists members of the Cub Scout Pack 173 with proper techniques for folding the American flag.

Adams instructed the scouts on proper replacement of both the American flag and the Louisiana flag at Mimosa Park Elementary.  As part of the Wolf Rank in cub scouts, scouts learn to raise and lower the flag properly, as well as learn the correct method for folding the flag.
