Sampognaro hearing pushed back

Last week’s edition featured an article detailing the Aug. 25 court hearing for David Sampognaro, who is being charged with possession of child pornography.

At the time of press, the hearing was rescheduled for Sept. 11.

It is not yet known the reason for the setback and a gag order remains in place for all parties involved.
