MAJOR SAM ZINNA attended the second annual FBI Regional Command College in Mississippi.
Major Sam Zinna joined other law enforcement officials from Louisiana and Mississippi attended the second annual FBI Regional Command College in Mississippi at the end of July.

The FBI created the concept of local Command Colleges where small town agencies may send officials to receive a week of training in three basic areas: leadership, ethics and legal instruction. FBI Special Agent Steven Godfrey, Sr., said the instructors of the Command College are from either the local field office or from the FBI Academy in Virginia.
