She was the beloved wife of the late Henry Preston Rousse, mother of Mary Ann Rouse (late husband Donald Federico), Myrtis Brumfield (husband Kenneth Jr.), C.J. Rousse (wife Emma), Louise Zimmer (husband Arthur) and Eugene “PeeWee” Rousse (wife Debbie). She was preceded in death by a great-grandchild, Collin Zimmer, her parents, Camille and Jeanne Zeringue, six brothers and three sisters. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was a resident of Luling and parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church for the past 67 years.
