Luling sex offender charged with sexual battery

Kevin Bordelon, 38, was booked with oral sexual battery, sexual battery and indecent behavior with a juvenile.
Bordelon is accused of fondling a 14-year-old boy and having oral sex with the teen while they worked at a repair shop.
