Destrehan man charged with molesting family members
A 51-year-old Destrehan man was arrested and charged with having inappropriate sexual contact with two male juveniles that were related to him, according to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.
The man, whose name is being withheld to protect the victims, has been charged with two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
Sheriff’s Office spokesman Capt. Pat Yoes said that the two boys told their mother about the sexual contact, and she in turn told the Sheriff’s Office. Deputies performed an investigation and arrested the man last week.
