Middle school students at St. Charles Borromeo School in Destrehan recently visited the Battlefield of Gettysburg during a trip to Philadelphia.

The tour featured a visit to the Liberty Bell Pavilion, Independence Hall, Franklin’s Court, Constitution Center, Valley Forge and the Amish country. 


Students spent the year before learning about the upcoming trip by research and monthly projects.
