Charles Gerard Eberhardt
Charles Gerard Eberhardt, 69, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2010.
He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Marrero. He was the beloved husband of Brenda Ledet Eberhardt for 43 years, father of Keith Eberhardt, Kevin Eberhardt, Kristine Eberhardt Aguilar and Karin Eberhardt; grandfather of Ian, Anna and Alaina Aguilar; brother of Susan Eberhardt Chadwick and Stephen Eberhardt, and father-in-law of Kevin Aguilar and Cheryl McCrea Eberhardt. He was a graduate of Jesuit High School and Northeast Louisiana School of Pharmacy.
Charles was Chief Pharmacist at Methodist Hospital for 18 years, and co-owner of Sav-More Drugs in Boutte for the past 21 years. He was a dedicated Tulane supporter, faithful Saints fan and enthusiast of Creole cuisine. Relatives and Friends of the Family were invited to attend a Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Mother Funeral Home in Marrero on August 4 with interment following at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Gretna. Mother Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Police dog sniffs out suspected burglar - 1174 views
