Arrests
•Gavin M. Lucas, 24, of 200 Coleman Place in Kenner, was arrested on July 27 and charged with theft over $500 and vehicle requiring headlamp.
•Gregory J. Hernandez, 55, of 5912 St. Charles Ave. in New Orleans, was arrested on July 27 and charged wtih principle to monetary instrument abuse.
•Max Durvernay, 22, of 205 Bernard Ave. in Ama, was arrested on July 23 and charged with simple burglary.
•Noel M. Martin, 35, of 16111 LA 18 in Hahnville, was arrested on July 23 and charged with possession of a CDS - Xanax, possession of Marijuana and improper control of vehicle.
•Jeffery T. Ryan Jr., 28, of 202 Bradwall St. in Luling, was arrested on July 26 and charged with possession with intent, manufacturing Marijuana and possession with intent - Drug Paraphernalia.
•Samantha L. Whitlow, 25, of 3511 Bank St. in New Orleans, was arrested on July 26 and charged with possession of a CDS - Xanax.
•Allan C. Epperson, 51, of 5220 Magazine St. in New Orleans, was arrested on July 23 and charged with monetary instrument abuse (3 cts.).
•Luis R. Garces, 66, of 328 Post St. in Luling, was arrested on July 25 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.
•Edward Ceaser III, 52, of 335 River Point Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on July 26 and charged with D.W.I. and improper control of vehicle.
•Warren T. Stipe, 24, of 6647 Killona Drive in Killona, was arrested on July 27 and charged with distribution of CDS to wit Crack Cocaine (2 cts.).
•Ralph J. Jackson Jr., 27, of 324 Ash St. in Hahnville, was arrested on July 27 and charged with possession of Ecstacy.
•Alicia Faucheaux, 38, of 234 Destrehan St. in Destrehan, was arrested on July 28 and charged with obtaining drugs with false prescriptions (20 cts.) and possession of Hydrocodone.
•Roger D. Woods, 30, of 1133 Texas in De Leon, Texas, was arrested on July 29 and charged with D.W.I., vehicle off public highway and open container.
Theft
•Assorted tools were stolen out of a trailer from 370 Lower Guide Levee Road in Norco on July 27.
•A subwoofer and an amplifier, total value of $1,100, were stolen from 15 River Parks Drive in Hahnville on July 27.
•Twenty (20) traffic warning signs, total value of $400, were stolen from Bayou Road in Des Allemands on July 27.
•A 2000 Honda 4 wheeler, total value of $5,000, was stolen from 210 St. Charles Ave. in Luling on July 26.

Speed patrols return to I-310 after months-long absence - 1654 views
Over the past four months, those who often travel the elevated portions of I-10 and I-310 in St. Charles Parish have noticed a lack of state troopers on the interstate.
