Blood drive to benefit local sick teen
Kyle Bergeron, a Luling resident with Leukemia, will have a blood drive in his honor at Mimosa Park Elementary School cafeteria on Aug. 10 at 3-8 p.m.
Donations will be reserved for Kyle as he faces another bone marrow transplant. Donors must be at least 17 years of age and weigh a minimum of 110 pounds. Individuals with high blood pressure or controlled diabetes can now donate. Can’t come Aug. 10? Please contact The Blood Center for the nearest site.
