Arrests
•Donovan Chopin, 24, of 1509 Vans Arpel St. in LaPlace, was arrested on June 1 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.
•Robert J. Bankston, 43, of 3 Sombrero Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on June 4 and charged with possession of a CDS SCH I - Heroin, possesion of drug paraphernalia, FUG/JPSO and FUG/Kenner PD.
•Jason P. Perret, 35, of 330 Madewood Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on June 7 and charged with D.W.I., operating under suspension, hit and run and driver not licensed.
•Austin B. Martin, 18, of 255 Schexnaydre Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on June 8 and charged with underage D.W.I., reckless operation and hauling on levees.
•Michael L. Granier, 45, of 111 Ashton Road in Luling was arrested on June 10 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, expired driver’s license and open container.
•Cindy F. Hammond, 44, of 300 Magnolia Ave. in LaPlace, was arrested on June 2 and charged with theft of goods over $500.
•Gina M. Montalbano, 46, of 593 Foxwood Lane in LaPlace, was arrested on June 2 and charged with theft of goods over $500.
•Donald E. Mastin, 45, of 15578 River Road in Hahnville, was arrested on June 8 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, suspended driver’s license and improper equipment on vehicle.
•Sylvester M. Mills, 28, of 221 Chapel Lane in Avondale, was arrested on June 12 and charged with D.W.I., suspended driver’s license, and the possession of Vicodin.
Theft
•A fuse and an A/C capacitor, total value of $299, were stolen from 14996 River Road in Hahnville.
•Copper wire, valued at $300, was stolen from 10057 Airline Hwy. in St. Rose on June 9.
•Copper pipe, two deep freezers and a water heater, total value of $600, were stolen from 403 LA 626 in St. Rose on June 8.
•Two bicycles, total value of $240, were stolen from 38 River Park Drive in Hahnville on June 8.
•A purse, digital camera, a makeup bag and assorted ID cards were stolen from 13001 Hwy. 90 in Boutte on June 13.
•A pitbull, valued at $100, was stolen from 336 River Point Drive in Destrehan on June 12.
•A wagon, valued at $200, was stolen from 214 W. Harding St. on June 12.
•A 20” bicycle and a 12 ft. ladder, total value of $395, were stolen from 326 Marino Drive in Norco on June 11.
•Two headlights and two taillights, total value of $118, were stolen from 207 Milling Ave. in Luling on June 11.
•A purse, wallet and assorted papers were stolen out of a vehicle at 13 Bronco Lane in St. Rose on June 13.
