Arrests
•Nathan Lizardo, 28, of 19 Houmas Place B in Destrehan, was arrested on May 15 and charged with hit and run, criminal mischief false report and threatening a public official.
•Tamekia M. America, 28, of 270 Magnolia Ridge in Boutte, was arrested on May 10 and charged with aggravated battery.
•Irell Waren, 31, of 2532 Whippletree Drive in Harvey, was arrested on May 16 and charged with rent/sale of improperly label art, sound dup no consent, possession of tools/equipment Mftr. unauthorized and illegal use of counterfeit trademark after officers located several pirated CDs and DVDs along with equipment used to copy CDs.
•Hurley E. Lewis, 29, of 917 E. Easy St. in New Sarpy, was arrested on May 11 and charged with pit bull registration (5 cts.), rabies vaccine required (5 cts.) and cruelty to animals (4 cts.).
•Carl J. Dufrene, 48, of 117 Luke Drive in Bayou Gauche, was arrested on May 11 and charged with possession with intent - Endocet, possession of Morphine, possession of Diazepam, possession of Carisoprodol, possession of Zolpidem, possession of Marijuana, possession with intent - drug paraphernalia, use of a firearm with a CDS and SCSO attachment.
•Anthony M. Walker, 43, of 745 Turtlecreek Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on May 10 and charged with possession with intent - SCH II (Crack) and possession with intent - SCH II (Heroin).
•Merlin W. Ingram, 32, of 1320 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on May 16 and charged with D.W.I., loud music from vehicle and possession of Marijuana.
•Leonel A. Galeana, 27, of 3401 Ocee 806 in Houston, La., was arrested on May 16 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, driving roadway lane of traffic, no seat belt, open container and driver not licensed.
•Melissa M. Silvestri, 30, of 47 West B St. in Norco, was arrested on May 18 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, hit and run and suspended drivers license.
•Danny C. Hebert, 30, of 1068 Hebert Lane in St. Martinville, was arrested on May 18 and charged with simple burglary (4 cts.) after being involved with several burglaries through St. Charles Parish that included Hartman’s True Value, McGuire’s Pub, Advance America and Portside Restaurant.
•Monique M. LaBauve, 19, of 17392 Hwy. 603 in Kiln, Miss., was arrested on May 20 and charged with D.W.I. and improper parking on shoulder.
Theft
•A diamond ring, total value of $1,600, was stolen from 17905 LA 18 in Killona on May 13.
•An iPod and a gym bag, total value of $219, were stolen out of a vehicle at 17 Cathy Drive in Luling on May 13.
•Seven pool filter grids, total value of $1,000, were stolen from 179 Dunleith Drive in Destrehan on May 13.
•An outboard motor, total value of $200, was stolen from 239 Whitley Road in Des Allemands on May 12.
•A GPS, total value of $100, was stolen out of a vehicle at 469 Longwood Drive in Destrehan on May 12.
•A battery, total value of $100, was stolen from 337 Rosedale Drive in Destrehan on May 12.
•A laptop computer and a pellet gun, total value of $539, were stolen from 100 Lance Lane in Luling on May 12.
•A CD player and an iPod, total value of $400, were stolen out of a vehicle at 105 First St. in Luling on May 11.
•Assorted lawn equipment and tools, total value of $1,555, were stolen from 167 Oaklawn Ridge Lane in St. Rose on May 11.
•A .45 caliber handgun, total value of $259, was stolen from 602 E. Club Drive in St. Rose on May 11.
•Four-hundred gallons of fuel, total value of $1,156, were stolen from a diesel tank located at a construction site at I-310 Service Road in St. Rose on May 11.
