Destrehan resident charged with obsenity
Man seen walking around naked in Ormond Subdivision

A Ormond resident contacted the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office and reported seeing a man walking around naked only wearing a pair of tennis shoes in and around Ormond subdivision on July 19.
Later that day, the Sheriff’s Office recieved another call from a resident stating that the subject had been observed masterbating.
Fuoco was arrested and later released on a $100,000 bond.

Court tosses out 75-year sentence - 988 views
A 43-year-old man who was sentenced to 75 years in jail for molestation of a juvenile and sexual battery will be retried after his sentence was thrown out by an appellate court due to a technicality.
