Destinie Fate LeBlanc, 14, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2010.
Was was born on Nov. 9, 1995 in Metairie.
She is survived by her mother, Melissa Clayton, grandparents, Mark and Jolene Conlin and Thomas LeBlanc, two sisters, Lacy and Madison Clayton, and a brother, Baylon Heider. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, her great-grandmother, and other family members and friends.
She was a student at Harry Hurst Middle School and attended the St. Charles United Methodist Church.
Visitation was held on April 26 at St. Charles United Methodist Church in Destrehan, followed by a church service with Dr. Juliet Spencer officiating. Interment followed at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Metairie. Arrangements were handled by H.C. Alexander Funeral Home.
