Arrests
•Jonathan Simmons, 20, of 190 JB Green Road in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 13 and charged with possession with intent SCH-I - Marijuana, possession with intent SCH II - Crack, possession with intent SCH II - Cocaine, use of a firearm with a CDS, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, SCSO Att., Pit Bull Reg. (2 cts.) and Rabies vaccine required (2 cts.).

•Ethel Mae Simmons, 73, of 190 JB Green Road in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 13 and charged with possession with intent SCH-I - Marijuana, possession with intent SCH II - Crack, possession with intent SCH II - Cocaine, use of a firearm with a CDS, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Erica L. Prevost, 20, of 709 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested on April 12 and charged with aggravated battery and warrant - St. Charles.

•Thomas B. Sharp, 37, of 42149 Lisa Drive in Hammond, was arrested on April 11 and charged with theft over $500 and FUG/JPSO.


•Brittney M. Walker, 24, of 1500 Arnold St. in River Ridge, was arrested on April 12 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, operating under suspended license and open container.

•Philip M. Schriro, 43, of 230 Ormond Meadows in Destrehan, was arrested on April 12 and charged with D.W.I.

•Donnie P. Gaubert, 54, of 212 Devon Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on April 14 and charged with D.W.I. and improper control of vehicle.

•Dwayne Dede, 22, of 1020 St. Julien St. 222 in Kenner, was arrested on April 14 and charged with aggravated battery and SCSO Att.

•Marvin G. Hartley, 50, of 1120 Cardinal St. in LaPlace, was arrested on April 14 and charged with theft of goods over $500.

•Daniel D. Gausin, 35, of 208 Allie Lane in Luling, was arrested on April 15 and charged with D.W.I., driver not licensed and vehicle requires headlamps.

•Terry P. Bourg, 69, was arrested on April 15 and charged with D.W.I., open container and improper control of vehicle.
Theft
•Four generators, eight tires with rims, two screw guns, 400 portable air compressors, nails, staples, two chop saws, two reciprocating saws, eight nail guns, two skill saws and two jig saws, total value of $13,100, were stolen from a business at 10061 LA 48 in St. Rose on April 13.

•A 1984 Oldsmobile, total value of $3,500, was stolen from 1030 LA 52 in Luling on April 13.

•A .22 caliber single shot blue steel, a 30-06 Parkerized barrel, a pump shotgun and a .30 caliber blue steel, total value of $15,500, were stolen from 155 Dianne Drive in St. Rose on April 13.

•A 9MM Semi Automatic pistol, total value of $350, was stolen from 62 Brandon Hall Apt. 1 in Destrehan on April 14.

•A bicycle, total value of $125, was stolen from 510 Louisiana St. in Paradis on April 14.

•An iPod, total value of $200, was stolen from 131 Dianne Drive in St. Rose on April 15.
