Register now for summer camp
It's time to register for the St. Charles Parish Parks and Recreation Inclusive Day Camp, which offers six weeks of summer fun for boys and girls from June 7 until July 15.
The camp is for children between the ages of 5 to 12 and activities include team sports, arts and crafts, board games, music, outdoor activities, field trips, movie time and a talent show.
There are four camp sites, including Ethel Schoeffner, Cammon Middle, J.B. Martin and Luling. The camp fee is $100, but before and after care is available at J.B. Martin and Ethel Schoeffner for $300 for six weeks.

Residents can also register, and receive additional camp information, at three info/registration nights. They will be held on April 22 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Luling library, on April 26 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Destrehan library, and on May 1 from 9 a.m. until noon at the parish's recreation office, located at 171 Keller St. in Hahnville.
