First Baptist Church in Paradis will have a new pastor on Jan. 30

Rev. Lionel Mason has been the assistant pastor at the church for 17 years, but he will officially become the church Elder on Jan. 30 at the 6:30 service.
The current Elder A. M. Charles has been a faithful and dedicated pastor for 27 years at the church.
The church is asking all of its friends to join in with the celebration of this historic occasion.
Rev. Charles Hurst of Oakland Baptist Church in Kenner will be the keynote speaker.
