School board chooses card winner

Every year, the St. Charles Parish School Board chooses one lucky student’s Christmas card design to be sent to all of the faculty and staff of the school district.

This year, the winner was Gabrielle Lauve, a 5th grade student at Lakewood Elementary School.


She was honored at the December school board meeting and is pictured with Superintendant Rodney Lafon and school board president at the time, Stephen Crovetto.
