Ford graduates USMC boot camp
Private Aaron J.P. Ford, 18, of Paradis graduated from United States Marine Corps boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, SC on Aug. 28.

Private Ford successfully completed 13 weeks of intensive basic training at MCRD Parris Island as one of 55 recruits in Training Platoon 3066.

Following 10 days home on leave he will report to Camp LeJeune, N.C. for one month at Military Combat Training then Military Occupation Specialty school in Pensacola, Fla.
