VIPs - Very Important Parishioners
In recognition of outstanding scholastic achievements and demonstrated leadership potential, Brodie Dufrene was nominated to represent Louisiana at the National Young Leaders State Conference for the Gulf Coast Region in Birmingham, Ala.

Dufrene was nominated by Cimbrey Brannan at J.B. Martin Middle School, who recognized him as an outstanding individual achieving academic excellence and strong leadership potential.

The NYLSC is an independent, educational organization with members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives on its honorary, bipartisan advisory board.

At the conference, need-based scholarships to high-achieving students are available.
