Wanda Perez Gordon passed on July 10, 2009 at the age of 67.
Gordon was a graduate of Joseph S. Clark High School. Later on, she attended Louisiana State University in New Orleans. She worked for the U.S. Immigration Service and was a longtime housewife.


Gordon is survived by her daughter, Julie Gordon, son, Christopher Gordon; grandson Malik Womack; three sisters Ramona Perez Frank, Lolita Perez Dufauchard, and Manuella Perez Fancher; one brother, Hernandez “Pete” Perez, Jr.; several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hernandez Perez, Sr. and Leonora Duplessis Perez; her brother Ricardo Perez.
Family and friends were invited to attend a rosary on Thursday, July 16, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. with a Memorial Service following at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, located at 4465 Highway 190 E Service Rd. in Covington.
