In conjunction with Black History month, West Regional Library in Luling is offering “A Journey to Africa”, on Thursday, Feb. 2. Antoinette Harrell-Miller will discuss the quest for her roots. It appears that three people sought in connection with the theft of 23 cell phones from Boutte’s Walmart last week are not from St. Charles Parish and have committed similar robberies in other areas of the state, according to Sheriff Greg Champagne.
