Jasmine Smith in national pageant
Jasmaine Giovanni Smith, age 10, was chosen as a state finalist in the National American Miss Louisiana pageant, which was held July 2 through 4 at the Lafayette Hilton and Towers in Lafayette. The pageant is held for girls ages 10 - 12.

Smith’s activities include volleyball, swimming and art. She also enjoys softball, basketball, dancing and modeling.

Her sponsors included her parents, other family and friends, the W.S.J. Booster Club, and many other donors.
