Betty Gros Aysen of Luling passed on Friday, June 19, 2009 at 2:15 a.m. She was 71 years old.

She is survived by husband Melvin Aysen, sons Travis Aysen and Mark Aysen, daughters Rhonda Aysen Ordoyne, Mary Aysen Stolf and Gina Aysen, and a brother Robert (Bob) Gros. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents, Leon and Modeste Trosclair Gros. Funeral Services were on Monday, June 22 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Luling.
