Dorothy Mae Adams Otkins Richard passed away on Friday, May 22 in an automobile accident in St Rose.

Daughter of the late Dorothy Robertson and Louis Adams, Sr. Mother of Latricia (Herman) Bell, Carwin Michael (Latasha) Richard, Sr. and Darlinda Richard. Sister of Kattie Lee Singleton of Reserve, Diane Adams Jasmine of LaPlace, Donald Ray Adams of Slidell, Edith Perry of Centerville, Miss., Mary Castion of New Orleans, Gennie (Elmo) Garner of Madison, Miss., Bertha Labrano of Centerville, Miss., Edna Adams of New Orleans, Emma Ford of Teledo, Ohio, Ernest Otkins of McComb , Miss., the late Louis Adams, Jr., Felton Adams, Phillip Adams, Charlie and Edward Otkins. Also survived by nine grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Age 65 years. A native of Reserve and a resident of Montz. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of First Assembly of God Church and all neighboring churches were invited to attend the funeral service at First Assembly of God Church in Metarie on Saturday, May 30. Pastor Daniel G. Flanagan, Officiating. Interment Jefferson Memorial Garden Cemetery, St Rose. Serviced by Robottom.
