A man robbed the Waffle House in Boutte on April 14 shortly before 1 a.m., and made off with a small amount of cash, according to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.
The robber walked into the restaurant, ordered a cup of coffee, then pointed a handgun at the cashier and demanded money.
She complied and the robber escaped in a red Dodge Intrepid with a temporary license plate.
The robber was described as being 6 feet, 2 inches tall, having short brown hair and a thin mustache. He had a tattoo of a skull on one arm and an Indian tribal tattoo on the other arm.

•Charles R. Brown, 53, of 3578 State Road in Batchelor was arrested on April 6 and charged with DWI, simple obstruction, suspended driver’s license, open container and no seatbelt.
•Michael A. Savoie Jr., 27, of 176 Martin Lane in Des Allemands was arrested on April 4 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and suspended driver’s license.
•Emmerline R. Findley, 64, of 325 Barton Ave. in Luling was arrested on April 4 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and flight from officer.
•Ronald Bremer, 56, of 5032 Willowtree Road in Marrero was arrested on April 5 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Darrell Preston, 25, of 1114 LA 52 in Luling was arrested on April 8 and charged with principle to second degree murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance while in the presence of juveniles.
•Juan C. Paredes, 45, of 229 River Village Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on April 8 and charged with DWI, driving under suspension, no license plate and reckless operation.
•Jason Smith, 21, of 437 10th St. in Gretna was arrested on April 6 and charged with theft by shoplifting.
•Jacob Soley, 19, of 15562 River Road was arrested on April 6 and charged with theft by shoplifting.
•Gregory J. Mott, 28, of 140 Kinler St. in Des Allemands was arrested on April 1 and charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, resisting an officer by flight and as a fugitive from the LaFourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.
•Xavier O. Debon, 25, of 359 Lily St. in Boutte was arrested on March 29 and charged with possession of ecstasy, introduction of contraband into a correctional facility. and as a fugitive of the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
•Keith L. Diggs, 17, of Blueberry Hill Drive in Boutte was arrested on April 3 and charged with possession of cocaine.
•Joseph Morgan, 27, of 716 Kent Ave. was arrested on April 4 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of Ativan, suspended driver’s license, driver’s license not on person, no turn signal and stop sign violation.
•Corey J. Obaugh, 23, of 201 Santa Cruz in Luling was arrested on April 6 and charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, aggravated flight from officer and reckless operation.
•Shane P. Falgoust, 25, of 301 Court St. Apt. 2 in Luling was arrested on April 6 and charged with hit and run driving, flight from officer with motor vehicle, theft of goods, possession in Soma.
•Fird Grover, 39, of 1425 Causeway Blvd. in Jefferson was arrested on April 2 and charged with possession of Flexrall and possession of Hydrocodone.
•Gina L. Eschete, 28, of 225 McCloud Road in Lockport was arrested on April 5 and charged with possession of Ambien.
•Louis Turner Jr., 53, of 1229 Borne Lane in Luling was arrested on April 2 and charged with aggravated battery.
•Edward McDowell, 23, of 33 Bonura Dr. in St. Rose was arrested on April 5 and charged with aggravated battery.
•A .45-caliber handgun, valued at $400, was stolen from 308 River Ridge Dr. in Boutte on April 4.
•A Kawasaki motorcycle and a pressure washer, valued at $3,400, were stolen from 129 Barrios Lane in Des Allemands on April 3.
•A 25-inch T.V., a Playstation 2, assorted Playstation games and assorted DVDs, valued at $390, were stolen from 172 Keller St. in Hahnville on April 4.
•An outdoor motor, valued at $100, was stolen from 107 Cortez Lane in Des Allemands on April 4.
•A weed eater, a leaf blower and a gas can, valued at $320, was stolen from 54 Brandon Hall on April 6.
•An iPod, valued at $320, was stolen from 216 Betty Dr. in Montz on April 6.
•A .380 revolver handgun, valued at $400, was stolen from 903 Kinler St. in Luling on April 6.
•A torch cutting set, one acteline bottle and one oxygen bottle, valued at $600, were stolen from 10203 Airline Highway in St. Rose on April 4.
•A large blue garbage can, valued at $75, was stolen from 137 Janet Dr. in St. Rose on April 7.
•A revolver, valued at $100, was stolen from 175 Elm St. in Hahnville on April 8.
•A 9mm handgun, two magazines, two boxes of 9mm ammunition and assorted jewelry was stolen from 223 Riverwood Dr. in St. Rose on April 9.
