Arrests
•Randy C. Bowers, Jr., 17, of 329 Nottoway Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on March 24 and charged with simple burglary.
•Kayla M. Ursin, 17, of 1273 Luling Estates in Luling was arrested on March 24 and charged with aggravated battery.
•Alphonse Brown, 58, of 932 Lawson St. in New Sarpy was arrested on March 20 and charged with possession of Diazepam and on a St. Charles Sheriff’s Office attachment.
•Simeon C. Hernandez, 20, of 72 Stanton Hall Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on March 19 and charged with underage DWI and reckless operation.
•Jermel Smith, 18, of 160 Boutte Estates Dr. in Boutte was arrested on March 21 and charged with aggravated battery and on a St. Charles Sheriff’s Office attachment.
•Brian L. Howard, 34, of 1010 Kinler St. in Luling was arrested on March 20 and charged with DWI, open container, turn signal required and on a St. Charles Sheriff’s Office attachment.
•Sheila A. Labove, 49, of 465 Florence in Vidor, Texas was arrested on March 21 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Shane R. Morlas, 24, of 632 St. Rose Ave. was arrested on March 21 and charged with DWI, hit and run driving, prohibited acts/drug paraphernalia, possession of an alcoholic beverage in motor vehicle.
•Esteban C. Olan, 40, of 164 Betty Ave. in LaPlace was arrested on March 22 and charged with DWI, open container, no driver’s license and careless operation.
•Kathy O’Neil, 41, of 10 Refuge Dr. in Luling was arrested on March 21 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Edmond M. Thompson, 51, of 10250 Road 558 in Bay St. Louis, Miss. was arrested on March 22 and charged with DWI, open container and improper lane use.
Theft
•A pirogue, valued at $1,500, was stolen from River Road in Luling on March 20.
•A Rip Stick skate board, valued at $100, was stolen from 58 Stanton Hall in Destrehan.
•A dash-mounted monitor for a vehicle reverse camera, valued at $100, was stolen out of a vehicle at 122 Thoroughbred Ave. in Montz on March 22.
•An iPod, valued at $300, was stolen from 105 Gretchen Court in Montz on March 22.
•An ARC welder mounted on a wheeled trailer was stolen from 355 LA 3142 in Taft on March 19.
•Twenty-five boxes of vinyl floor, valued at $425, were stolen from 329 Boutte Estates in Boutte on March 20.
•A 2004 Suzuki Verona, was stolen from 329 Boutte Estates Dr. in Boutte on March 20.
•A portable GPS device and five packs of cigarettes, total value $280, were stolen from 187 Thoroughbred in Montz on March 21.
•An iPod, valued at $299, was stolen from 140 Plantation Rd. in Destrehan on March 23.
•A 2.5-ton air condition unit, valued at $2,340, was stolen from 337 River Ridge Dr. in Boutte on March 23.
•A Palm Pilot, valued at $180, was stolen from 142 Thoroughbred Ave. in Montz on March 23.
•Two trailer tires were stolen off of a trailer at 10326 U.S. 61 in St. Rose.
•A laptop, valued at $700, was stolen from 140 East James Dr. in St. Rose on March 24.
