NORCO - Children in the Norco Elementary K-3 Early Childhood class celebrated literacy week.

In addition to having parents as guest readers, students were able to dress as their favorite story book character.

The body discovered on St. Rose Avenue Sunday has been identified as Jorian White, a 16 year-old female of Kenner who was reported missing last week, according to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.
