Arrests
•Timothy Banks, 63, of 312 River Ridge Dr. in Boutte was arrested on Feb. 9 and charged with DWI, driving under suspension, improper lane use and no proof of insurance.
•Tess Boudreaux, 20, of 428G Gouaux Ave. in Houma was arrested on Feb. 9 and charged with DWI and speeding.
•Rene K. Standfield of 843 Goodhope St. in Norco was arrested on Feb. 7 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, resisting arrest, open container and failure to change address within 10 days.
•Brian P. Smaistria, 38, of 3402 Orange Wood Trail in Pearland, Texas was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with DWI, improper lane use and following too close.
•Earl J. Hebert II, 46, of 3716 Diane Place in Metairie was arrested on Feb. 10 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Juvenile, 16, of Boutte was arrested on Feb. 5 and charged with possession of crack cocaine.
•Allen Sydney, 68, of 310 Hahn St. in Hahnville was arrested on Feb. 9 and charged with simple burglary.
•Paul J. Dugas, 32, of 58 Matis Rd. in Hahnville was arrested on Feb. 5 and charged with second degree battery.
•Gary Harton, 47, of 112 Ormond Meadows Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Feb. 11 and charged with aggravated battery and simple battery.
•Jamie P. Harris, 24, of 351 Carolyn Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Feb. 11 and charged with second degree battery.
•Dorian E. Smith, 29, of 528 Fife Lane in LaPlace was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with simple burglary.
•Clifton M. Blue, 33, of 901 McAdoo St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with aggravated battery, attempted armed robbery and simple burglary.
Theft
•A CD player, valued at $150, was stolen from 323 Riverpoint Dr. in Destrehan on Feb. 8.
•A rear vehicle bumper, valued at $100, was stolen from 16523 LA 631 in Des Allemands on Feb. 8.
•An air conditioning unit, valued at $2,000, was stolen from 608 Turtle Creek Lane in St. Rose on Feb. 7.
•An Apple iPod Touch, valued at $289, was stolen from 200 Tiger Dr. in Boutte on Feb. 6.
•A 2006 Toyota Sienne, valued at 10,000, was stolen from 20 Rosedown Dr. in Destrehan on Feb. 10
•A cell phone, a handbag and a driver’s license, total value $170, was stolen from 13322 Highway 90 in Boutte on Feb. 9.
•Assorted copper wire and copper wire tubing, a wet grinder and a wet saw, valued at $4,350, was stolen from 78 Ormond Meadows Dr. in Destrehan on Feb. 9
