Dufresne-Wagner Engagement
Ron and Cindy Verdin Dufresne of Marshall, Texas, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tala Noel Dufresne of Hammond, to Zachary Reynolds Wagner of Houston, Texas.

Miss Dufresne is the granddaughter of the late Helen Guidry Verdin and Hervin Verdin Sr. of Marrero and the late Antoinette Soulé Dufresne and Georges Dufresne of Luling, and the goddaughter of Beverly Dufrene Orgeron of Luling and Hervin Verdin Jr. of Liberty City, Texas. She is a 2000 graduate of Hammond High School and a 2006 graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University. Miss Dufresne is currently employed by World Market in Covington.
Mr. Wagner is the son of Matthew and Judith Reynolds Wagner of Dublin, N. H. He is the grandson of Melvin Reynolds and the late Betty Reynolds of Tulsa, Okla. and the late Alex and Ray Wagner of New Rochelle, N.Y. He is a 1999 graduate of the International School of Aberdeen (Scotland) and attends Southeastern Louisiana University. Mr. Wagner has accepted the position of Assistant Director of Forensics at West Virginia University.
