Brooks named SCPH employee of the year

St. Charles Parish Hospital is proud to announce the “Employee of the Year for 2008, Claudia Brooks.

Brooks has been employed since Oct. 16, 2006 and works in the Environmental Services Department as the lead housekeeper.

She is a member of Plymouth Rock Baptist Church of New Orleans.

When Brooks is not working, she enjoys helping the elderly in her neighborhood by doing house work and yard work for them.

She also enjoys playing pool and her opponents call her “Sharp Shooter!”
